OK, so I love lots of watches.  Still there is something very special about Panerai.  When you wear a Panerai you’ve joined a private club.  

It doesn’t matter which watch you have, from the most classic and easy to read, like the PAM OOO,  to the very limited 10-Day Power Reserve, all are special.

Most watch companies buy parts and even entire movements (the engine which runs a timepiece) from other companies. It's just like when Boeing uses an engine for their jets from companies like Rolls Royce. When a watch company makes all of their own movements and parts they are known as a "manufacture", and there aren't very many of these. Rolex is one, so is Jaeger LeCoultre.

There are many things I love about the jewelry business.  Ours is a happy business, helping people celebrate the important occassions of their lives through jewelry. If you think about it, jewelry is almost always symbolic of love. So when we found out about a wonderful charitable organization, BeadforLife, we wanted to figure out a way to shine a light on the amazing way they demostrate love through jewelry.

Time Flies!

People say "time flies" all the time but honestly, where has the last two years gone. As I prepare to celebrate the opening of the Seattle store I am amazed as how fast time passes. With that in mind, and with everything that has occurred in the last two years, I am taking the time to embrace things of importance; family, friends, special occasions.

Time Flies-Annual Watch Show

November 6th and 7th, Friday and Saturday, is our annual Watch Show.  It's one of my favorite events of the year.  All the watches introduced last spring in Switzerland. including the new bigger versions of our most famous, but one we can not mention on the internet, are here.  Finally, the watch which started the BIG and CHUNKY look has increased the size to 41mm.  We've got those and the new diamond bezel watches for women.  

ANNUAL WATCH FAIR

Each year Alvin Goldfarb Jeweler hosts the Annual Swiss Watch Fair in their Bellevue store. Showcasing the first watches delivered from the spring Basel and Geneva Swiss watch shows, it has become the must see event of the year for serious and not so serious watch enthusiasts. Many of these brands and models are exclusive to Alvin Goldfarb Jeweler.

Representatives from each brand are in attendance to answer all questions and create special opportunities to appreciate and own the timepiece of your dreams.
